How Does It Work?
The Self-Mastery Mentorship program consists of three core components:
1:1 Mentoring
Forty 60-minute Zoom calls throughout the year, including detailed analysis of your Vedic Astrology chart and Āyurvedic constitution, as well as personalized guidance on relevant themes and current course of study/practice.
Academic Study
A coherent collection of online courses, video lessons, recommended reading, podcasts, journal prompts and reflective writing exercises, and a variety of other resources offered according to your particular process.
Personal Work
Daily habits like meditation and movement, home remedies including herbs, oils and dietary fine-tuning, Self-led rituals and ceremonies, relational communication practices and experimental threshold crossings.
Personal effort inspired by fresh information and catalyzed by personalized guidance is a powerful combination that all-but guarantees transformative results.

For this program, I do not offer any discounts or sliding scale options. My life purpose is to share transformative wisdom far and wide, and I do that the best I can, but this program is fine-tuned, highly personalized, and requires a huge amount of my time, energy and experiential expertise. This, I am eager to give, but it is the greatest gift I have to give, and is therefore priced accordingly.
